Initial Certification
*MUST be 18 years or older*
Step 1 - to be completed prior to our appointment. Register for an account with onestop.md.gov
Step 2 - After account creation, visit your email and validate the registration.
Step 3 - Log into onestop.md.gov and complete the adult patient registration, located under personal option.
This process generally takes 5-10 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to upload a picture of your ID, take a selfie, and have a piece of mail delivered to the address listed on your driver's license/government-issued identification card (proof/verification of address) to upload on your profile.
Patient identification cards are NOW Optional! If you would like to receive a physical card, you may purchase one for $25 through your ONESTOP Account once your application has been approved. If you are verifying your Maryland Medicaid or Veteran's Affairs enrollment, you may obtain an identification card at no cost.
Over the past few months it has generally been anywhere from 12-48 hours that clients have been receiving email notification.
The email notification should state "Congratulations, your MMCC patient registration was approved." This will also give you a number that appears in this format, "P01M-5586-0H34-98D2" (these will be random letters and numbers as shown here-these do NOT depict an actual identification of anyone).

Once you send us this information, we can verify your information online and be ready for your upcoming Telehealth Appointment. You can schedule online or we can schedule when you text. You can also utilize the myTouchMD portal as well for telehealth appointments and your consent form.
